Ideas for seating - need suggestions

i have a 71 GMC suburban. As I restore the thing I am looking to the interior and with 3 young kids I want to keep it safe (shoulder belts and headrests). the seats are trashed in it and its missing 3rd row.

I am on the fence on the direction to go. original with added shoulder belts? can you add headrests or should I go with something like 99 suburban?

how did people who converted add shoulder belts?
