Bags and lowering Blocks....

I might have asked this question before, but got some what I thought were some what vaguer responses, or perhaps I didn't understand them So please allow me to ask again,...... I am bagging my 70 C10, and the question pertains to the rear set up. The PO had installed 2 inch blocks under the trailing arms. Is it too much to leave the blocks in when I install the bags, or just remove the blocks? Will it hurt anything to leave the blocks in? If I remove the blocks will I have to change out the U bolts, because they will probably be too long, no? Will be also installing a shock relocating kit and a adjustable pan hard bar, If that info is pertinent to my questions....

Thank you one and all.........

You can see the block at the bottom of this pic... Still cleaning up the frame....
