Q-Jet trouble and solution
Ever had the secondaries stick open? I fought with my Q-Jet almost all day before I figured it out. The top secondary butterflies would open with full throttle, but then then they would stick and flood the engine. It turns out there's a plug at the end of the shaft (opposite from the tension spring) that was pushed in to far and binding the against the end of the shaft.
A gentile tap with a hammer on the other end of the shaft solved the problem.
