Lower Rad Hose

Just finishing up the final touches on my 454/Tremec swap in my 67 C10. I ordered a lower hose for a 68 BB C10 and its no where near close to fitting. The 454 I put in has a long nose water pump and I can only assume the 68 BB has a short nose water pump, hence why the hose might not fit. For now I fabricated my own out of multiple hose with steel inserts and gear clamps to get the shape I need and to get the thing going. I don't really want to go with one of those tacky universal hoses. I'm sure there's someone on here that's put a BB in one of these trucks with the long nose pump. Just like everything else with this swap...... Fabrication, Fabrication, Modification......
Any help would be much appreciated.
