ronniehotdog Registered User Join Date: May 2014 Location: spokane wa Posts: 36	what width rear axle to use for 1965 ????????????????? I am building a 1965 to lay on the frame. I got the 1983 5 lug disc brake front and a rear axle from a guy in town but the rear axle seems to wide it is around 66" wide. My question is what is the best 5 lug axle width to use for my truck?
