window regulator roller holes

I'm upgrading a 78 Silverado. I ordered replacement rollers and more stuff from LMC. The roller they sent me has a shaft that measures 3/16" and is made to rivet onto the old regulator.

I drilled, ground and punched out the old rollers, and found the hole is 1/4". I found a plastic sleeve that would take up the slack space, but I don't think the rivet will spread enough to make a good tight seal.

Anybody got any suggestions?
