Help Picking Rims and Tires for 76 C20

Hello,
I have a 1976 C20. I currently have 16 1/2/ inch rims and 30 inch x 9.5 inch tires on it. I know it would cost more to get tires to fit on 16 1/2 inch rims, so I'm considering to switch rims. I would want some nice, classic rims (either black or chrome), but still have the big, aggressive look that a 3/4 ton Chevy has. I was debating between 16inch or 17 inch rims. Any recommendations on what types of wheels and tires would be/ look best on my truck.

*I'll be moving to Flagstaff, AZ over the summer and I would have to take snow tires into consideration.

Thank you for the help!
