Rear cab mount shackles 51 AD

Hey all. Got a cab mount kit from LMC and started to rebuild the rear cab mount shackles. The new rubber bushings are smaller in diameter and longer than needed. They fit the studs fine but the OD is too small. Sloppy in the shackle eyelets. The shoulder portion of the new bushing seems too small as well. Almost falls down in the shackle eyelet.

Should I use these or make new ones out of teflon or?
