knute_gis Registered User Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: Jackson, Oh Posts: 20	Will 4l60e fit in 1970 c20 with factory sm465? I have a 1970 c20 with a factory 4 speed sm465. It has that big transmission cross member towards the front and of course its riveted in. Im installing a 95 lt1. Do you guys know if I have to cut the cross member out so a 4l60e will fit? thanks, Kris
