Exclamation Drop spring issue

Just installed a new set of CPP 4" rear drop springs. Installed the springs positioned in the same way, new KYB lowered shocks, new cups & hardware both sides. After installing everything the truck is now sitting about an inch higher on the right side. If I measure the installed springs, right one is about 1/2 taller than the other. Unfortunately I did not check the height of the springs next to each other prior to the install. Also I did not touch the stock panhard bar.

Would leaving the stock panhard bar somehow cause this affect?
Or could I have a mismatched set of springs?

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Frustrating after all the work.

Scott
