Dually rotor help needed

Hi all,
I have a 72 CC dually with the one piece front rotors. I also have a pair of dually adapters from the front of a 1990 Chevy K30.

My question is, can I use a standard 3/4 ton rotor and put the dually adapters on the rotor and still end up with the right spacing?

These one piece rotors are extinct as far as I can tell.

I have heard that the 72 spindles are identical between the C20 and C30

Any info would be most appreciated.
