Control arm torque specs/bag hole questions pix

Hey guys I have installed upper and lower porter built control arms. Can anyone tell me what to torque all of the nuts/ bolts to. Also what holes are you guys using on the lower arm and bag to mount the bag. Any help is appreciated thank you.
