Tire considerations.

I am getting closer to getting my 73,74,79 C20 now K20 on the road for tests, and I got a good raise at work so I will be done sooner too.

While looking at tires online trying to decide which ones suit the job I have intended for my truck. Mostly highway or street. With a good mix of dirt roads to go fishing or to hiking spots.

Would you use D or E rated tires. E's do run stiffer, but do D's offer a better ride or just less load. Do E's sidewalls take damage from ricks better since they have more ply's. Either tire suits my hauling needs so it is down to preference.

Also has anyone ran the Wranglers with Kevlar armor?
