Seat Foam Density

Need a Little Help guys. Just finished the resto on my 69C10 and replaced the foam with a set from Class-Tech-Cars from their Ebay listing. Looks like a good company (30,000 plus positive reviews) The foam was also $250 shipped as opposed to the $500 plus from LMC and classic industries.

The foam looked great and had the correct burlap backing and contours. Now it doesn't seem like such a bargain it is so stiff that my head is almost hitting the roof and I look directly into the shaded area of the windshield. I am only 5'9" !! Any of you use this company? or have any experience with one of the other vendors? I would expect it to "break in" somewhat but its not going to drop the two inches I need it to. Any help would be appreciated
