Ignition problem

I have a 71 C10 w/454 .030, iron oval port heads decked.010, .500 lift cam, factory LS6 domed pistons, Performer RPM air gap and performer carb, 140 gph electric fuel pump set @ 5psi, HEI dizzy, ACDelco r44t plugs gapped @ .035. I have set TDC twice and cannot get the engine to fire. Are my gaps to close? I have replaced rotor and ignition control module and it still won't start.
