1971 c10 Cheyenne Super lwb numbers matching

This is a real numbers matching c10, real Cheyenne super, 350v8, th350, 12 bolt rear axle. originally olive green with white. prior owner primered the truck in grey some years back but the green and white is still under there. minimal rust but body is rough. never wrecked. 99% complete.

I was born in 71 and have wanted a 71 k20/k30 4x4 for a long time in blue and white.

would you go ahead and sell the numbers matching running gear out of this truck and convert it to k30 4x4 and a lsx motor swap? or leave it alone and sell it and find a non numbers matching non super Cheyenne to build?

opinions plz.
