Re: Ultimate SWB Cheyenne Super on Ebay
Very nice truck and nicely updated with a lot of desireable options.
I agree with the consensus here tho' that it is not original and that pursuit to purchase would require a pretty extensive conversation with the seller. Some sellers are simply ignorant of these trucks in terms of the details that a lot of us (SS Tim of course) know. The seller might been a classic car enthusiast who got this on a great deal or trade and is looking to make a few bucks and is flying on his best evaluation of it. Regardless, its always best to be honest about what you know is original in and on a truck and what you don't know. You can scare off a lot of excellent, serious buyers by being a 'hat talker' with the ol' seller bs. In my experience very legit buyers, who actually have the money, do not like these kinds of fast and loose salespeople or techniques. I'm going to guess the bidding will end somewhere in the low-mid 20's, noting that it is very, very hard to get over $30k for any truck. It has to have something very special or unique or....you have to find a one in a million buyer in a good mood. Again, no need to bash the truck it is a very nice truck. Coley
