Patch panel advice

OK, so I have the engine back in the frame and it purrs like a kitten. Now it's time to tackle the rust in the cab floors. Both sides are rusted out up past the seam on the front. Both inner and outer rocker panels are shot as well as the support pillars. The rust extends inboard past where the seats bolt in. So, here's my question: Who makes the widest, best fitting, or maybe even one piece patch? I don't think I want to replace the whole floor, but I'd love to find a piece that covers as much as possible. I've found the long thin panels and the wide short ones. But, I haven't found one that's wide enough and that extends all the way back. Suggestions? Advice?
