Tap the bottom of the spray paint can on something solid like the floor or I use my vise a lot. The ball in the can tends to settle in the bottom and just needs to be jarred loose.

I did my whole build with Rustoleum spray cans, so I know a few tricks about them.... LoL

Otherwise the grille looks great !!
Were the letters difficult to do?
