Help SM 465 conversion

I am changing my K10 from a three on the tree to a four speed. Trying to bolt everything back together and the output shaft on the SM 465 and the input shaft on the T221 combine to be 1/4 too long. I think I have the right adaptor for the sm465 to T221. The trans mount location line up with my crossmember and the bolt pattern matches the T221. Does anybody have one they can measure to make sure. I rebuilt the SM465. Hate to rebuild the three speed and put it back in or change over to a 205. Thanks John
