Question Van tilt / floor shift question

I'm looking a going with a van tilt in my truck.
Just wondering though, if you can replace the section
where the shifter is on the column if you have a
shifter on the floor.

I've seen many that have just
removed the column shifter itself, but just wondered if it's
possible to remove/replace that section so that it
looks like the column belongs in a truck with 4 on the
floor.
