73-74 grille: what color?

I just bought a used 73-74 grille and brackets from a fellow forum member and it will need cleaned and painted. What color would you use to repaint the grille? Some of the ones I see online look to be a light grey, others look more like a charcoal grey, and others look black. If it makes any difference my truck is hot rod black with red wheels and red interior. Pictures would be helpful as well. Thanks!
