Question 10 Bolt Problems

I have had a few issues lately with my rear end (on the truck). my passenger side brake drum is self adjusting so much as to cause drag when driving. I tightened the adjuster and removed the "springed flap".

This quick fix resolved the issue, but last time I drove it I noticed the drag again not nearly as bad as before but I know its killing my gas mileage so I don't drive it.

I rebuilt the drums about 2 years ago. This rear is from a 90's bodystyle truck, cant remember the exact year. but I had to source the adjusters from a junkyard, so could i be using two drivers side adjusters or what?
