1970 c20 lift front end 2 to 3 inches

The rear of my c20 sits about 3 to 4 inches higher than the front. This effects the driver and passenger seating. I discovered this when I hooked up a toy hauler and effectively leveled the truck. Suddenly I was almost reclining in the bench seat. Its much more comfortable that way. But as soon as I remove the trailer the ass of the truck comes up and its back to the old position.

whats the best and most cost effective way to level the truck? Should I lower the rear or raise the front? The rear has overload springs.

thanks,

paul
