New suspension/steering parts and problems with

I bought a MII Rack, control arms etc. recently, and I'm trying to install them on a new 49AD chassis that I bought with a MII crossmember welded in place. The lower control arms are narrower than the mount points on the cross member and the rack mount bolts don't align with mount holes. All correctable, I guess, but I could use advice for the best solution.
