Radiator damage!

I was on my way to a doctor app about 70 miles away this morning, I was behind a pickup that had his tailgate down. The guy in front if me hit a bump and a box of cut up chunks of steel fell out, I heard something hit my truck so I pulled over behind the truck to see if I had damage, I looked all over my truck and couldn't find any damage so I helped the guy pick up his crap off the road and took off. About ten miles down the road my truck started overheating, I pulled over to find a chunk of steel stuck in my brand new radiator, a nice hole spraying coolant all over. As I'm sitting there with my hood up, the guy who's crap hit my rad cruised on by, he didn't even slow down! I helped that jerk pick up his crap and he didn't have the decency to stop and see if I needed help! I had a gallon of water in my truck but no tools, all I needed was a pair of pliers but had none, I know that jerk had pliers because his truck was full of tools. I made it to a little store where I was able to buy some pliers and punched off the tube, made it to my doctor app and all the way home but now I need to fix this hole. Any ideas how to fix aluminum radiator tubes? I've never tried to fix aluminum and assume I can't solder it. What can I use? It's a small hole , maybe 1/8" at most. Thanks for any suggestions!
I hope I see that guy broke down sometime!
