My NEW 1971 C10

Just bought a couple days ago and the old girl is pretty clean---1 small rust through in the l rocker of course and i see someone did minor floor repair by the kickpanel.
This is the original stock 350/350 it runs good shifts great and even has the stovepipe from the ex manifold to the air cleaner!
Overall it is un-molested and original---98% ?

One question for you gurus----I have a grinding type noise when turning the steering wheel----upper/lower bearing?
Plans are for a resto--not frame off but a good clean and preserve.
