Wheel Fitment

Just brought home a 68 that has the hubs replaced to a 5 x 5. Not sure how much truck has been lowered. Front fender showing 29 front and 31 rear.

Wanting to do Foose Nitrous in an 18x9, front and back. I see tons of pics but most lack details of backspacing.

With a 275 (open to height of tire to make work) tire front and back will this work without much issue of rubbing too badly? Backspace amount?
