Leaf Springs - repair or replace?

All 4 leaf springs from my AD 3100 are "egged in the eyes" as pictured. Kind of hard to tell from this pic but the holes are definitely oval-shaped. I figure I can install new bushings but they will pretty quickly deform and/or come loose.

SD Truck spring will ship me a new set of 4 leaves for $700.

Can a spring shop rebuild these for less? Or should I just retire the old metal and replace it with new?

I guess I'm leaning toward replacing them unless it's substantially less expensive to rebuild them. There is one truck spring shop in my area that seems to do a lot of heavy truck business, I guess I could call them.

Thoughts?
