what is the best way to stop a leak in the cab

I just bought a 71 chevy and after a good rain both floor boards were wet. So I took the truck apart twice fenders and all but still have a leak on passenger side. It has after market air and is leaking somewhere around there. It is hard to get to because of the air intake. Just looking for good way to cure the problem. Thanks.
