Rear Axle ID ?

Recently got my new to me 1966 GMC Suburban 4x4. The rear axle has embossed on it 65703-R2 which I have found to be an International Harvester axle. The second line has P 10 29 K and below that is hand stamped 373 (gear ratio?). It has 6 lugs which are reverse thread on the drivers side. I have not checked passenger side.
I would like to know how to describe this axle when I go to buy a new rear brake cylinder to replace the one that is leaking. I've heard some IH axles described as HO52, HO72, R5, R6, R11. Can anyone help with this?Name: Rear axle 4.jpg
