I'm rebuilding mine and the bottom pivot is broken where the weld is. So I'm not too concerned about the quality of the rubber. In order to make shipping cheaper would you mind removing or sawzall-ing the division bar off right below the vent window? I only really need the metal window frame. Attached picture for clarification.
