Rebuilding my door hinges

I need to work on my door hinges because their sagging and have play in them, should I replace the pins also or just get a bushing kit for it and be done with it?

My passenger door needs to be aligned correctly anyway so i'm going to be removing and will re-bush it while i'm at it.
