Nice original 1969 shortbed...take a look and comment

Hey folks.
Newbie here, but not to forums in general. I also attached a pic of my 1953 that doesn't leave the garage much

I have found a nice 1969 for sale, just looking to see what it might be worth and also a couple of questions. Here are some facts:

1. Remanuf 250 & 3-speed, brand new carb and radiator.

2. It was originally a column shift, but broke off so it was converted to a floor shift. Is there a factory style floor shifter that would work here? I don't like the short throw.

3. Runs and drives very well. Small issue with point settings which cause backfire, but i think it's very easy to fix.

4. I'm thinking about buying it, local back yard paint job, original turquoise with white top, black wheels, white hubcaps, clean up and paint interior.

5. Very solid, slight rust around the edges. Floors solid, little rust through on firewall, front fender bottoms. Nothing bondo can't hide
