How do I reach vendors that are parting out trucks?

I need some misc parts that aren't rare (ie: not metric speed warning) but that also aren't reproduced. For example I need a seat adjuster knob, but no one has ever answered my or others' WTB ads.

So I figure I need to be more proactive and directly ask people that are parting out trucks, but I don't want to spam every vendor... are there vendor members known to part out a lot of trucks?
