A buddy had the Smyth Automotive paint store in Cincinnati mix a color in SEM dye. He needed to color match some replacement interior parts, on his project '88 Supra, to the originals. They were a really dark red and the rattle cans just didn't match well enough. He sprayed it through a regular paint gun.

You should be able to do the same at any large automotive paint store.
I brought in my old dash and found a spot that was mot faded....had the paint shop color match with vinyl paint. Cleaning the pad beforehand is the most critical! It must be super clean to stick properly.
