Little help

He guys I wanted to ask and get some opinions on the best way of getting out a rusted rear spring bolt, I was removing the right rear bottom bolt to put on lowering springs and it snapped off in the lower rear trail arm, is the any tricks to getting out? Thanks thought this was supposed to be a quick easy morning job. LOL
