has anyone used a caddilac steering column in their truck?

I know a lot of guys like to keep their trucks original, but I used to have a 78 caddy coupe de ville and one of the things I loved about that car was it's attention to the drivers comfort. Not only did it have lush power seats, but it had a steering column that both tilted, and telescoped in and out. This was great because if someone larger than me like my dad, drove the car he could push the wheel away from him. I always thought this would be a good feature in our c10 since the seat only goes so far back and getting in and out often required banging in to the steering wheel. I was wondering if anyone had installed one of these columns in their truck?

Welding is a lot like sex, you don't have to be great with the rod as long as you thoroughly prep the surface and your good at grinding
