Truck sags 1/2" to the drivers side

My 67 swb has a 2" drop spindle tube a arms (all brand new bought by the p.o.) she only has a cab on it. Any ways I noticed the cab was leanon so I started measuring from the frame and it's sagging. I got 1/4" sag from tires but that other 1/4 I haven't figured out yet.. Any ideas on how to see if my frame is bent?
