Need SPID help.

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying a truck here and I had the guy send me a picture of the SPID. From what I can tell it's a custom deluxe highlander with an orange seat? Obviously 400, tilt and AC as well. From the pictures on the truck it appears to have a cruise button the the blinker, would this have been factory or later added on? The truck isn't the original color anymore, would have been painted at least once. IT's a 1972, would the paint have been wht/redorg/wht/redorg or just wht/red org/wht as the SPID says? I'm kind of confused on that part. Also the bed isn't original so no toolbox. Motor and tilt still there though. Also, was wondering how rare this truck might be?
