Best Brake Pedal Setup For Big Guys?

I'm building a frame-off '53.I still have not firmed up the brake pedal and brake location decisions.I believe I will go with an under floor hydroboost at this point.
For some reason,at first I was opposed to a through-the- floor pedal setup,as I did not think I could boot/seal it properly, but I believe I can deal with that now.

I guess the first thing I have to consider is comfort and driveability as I am well over 6' tall and will use the truck as a daily driver. I need as much leg room as possible, and the brake pedal as far forward as possible.I will run an automatic transmission,so no clutch pedal.

I could go either way as far as hanging pedals or through the floor at this point, but it is getting a little more clear that through-the -floor might be the hot setup.

Let me know how you guys have maximized your leg room regarding brakes, thanks.
