Sm465 clutch opinions

I am looking for opinions on what clutch to put into my truck. I'm usually cheap but even at the lower price points there are options.

I have a 67-72 k20. 327, sm465, np205, dana 44, 14 bolt rear. Currently the transmission and transfer case are out of the truck. The throw out bearing has been making noise but has been that way for years. I do not use my truck very much.

I know there are options of 11" or 12", diaphragm or borg and beck 3 finger type. It sounds like 11" diaphragm is a softer pedal that can be slipped but can burn out the clutch quicker. The 12" borg and beck is stiffer and acts like an on /off switch.

What do you all prefer and why?
