ID this pitman arm for replacement

1966 suburban
Has spring over lift
front disks
differentials are dana 44

I am in the middle of replacing the steering system with a new saginaw box, pump, tie rods ect. The pitman arm was a bear to get off and the tie rod foughts till the end. Finally I had to cut the tie rod off. I used every trick and pulling forking device I could find. Anyways I am having to replace the pitman arm but I beleive it is custom. The burb has a spring over lift.

There is a number on the pitman arm B828GMT15

Having no luck crossing this. It looks to have a slight drop in it. It is a pitman style that has 2 holes. Most of what I see online has the pitman arm with a stud on one end.

my set up looks almost exactly like this skyjacker set up
http://skyjacker.com/Instructions/PI...0ARMS/CA50.pdf
However it is not a skyjacker lift.

Anyone seem this part number? B828GMT15
