One of my rocker arms keeps coming loose every few hundred miles, all the studs (pressed in) are the same height so I'm fairly certain it's an issue with the nut itself. My question is can I put poly locks on or are those only for high performance type heads? I recently got the truck and it's got a rebuilt 350 with about 30k miles, nothing special. Thanks,
