Brothers? CCP? Early Classic SWAY BAR?

My burb is C-notched and has cut original coils in the rear. She rides really bad, sways back and fourth and bounces all around. Im thinking of installing a sway bar. Never bought one, had one or installed one. Any thoughts on which one to pick and if it will work? Any thoughts on springs for the back or shocks?

I dont expect it to ride very well but it should ride better than it does now. Thanks guys!
