Shipping to Canada should not be a problem. Use the US Postal Service and they will know what to do. Your postage cost will be a bit higher than for similar shipping in the 48 states but not outrageous. A DVD will be cheap to ship. A video tape may be more. I got 3 small books from the USA last week and noted the cost of shipping for them was $11 US. At our end (in Canada) we will likely have to pay a $5 fee at the Post Office plus PST and GST on the declared value. Not sure about any Customs Duty but not much of that left since the FTA. I order books from the USA and have had to pay sometimes and not other times. I suspect books are exempt and as such, an instructional video may well be. However, for the $5 is was not worth arguing about too much.
