If you are a user who had At&t set up everything for you and are using DHCP with their DNS you wouldn't see the problem.
You mind doing a look up for me as I did in the pic? Just curious if you get the same result. I work in IT and its very common for IT people to use Googles DNS servers for everything, its never failed but as you can see, using Googles 8.8.8.8 hasn't worked since craigslist was hacked earlier this week. I'm sure there are other little ISP's all over though that still have bad sites cached and that's why some people are having flakey issues.
