Leaf spring question.

I put 3 inch drop springs in today and it brought the front up 4 inches. Not surprised, the PO said he cut/heated the springs.

The PO flipped the back and did a clean c-notch. I'm not sue what else he did because it is really low.

Is there any way to bring the back up a couple inches without un flipping?
