The Countdown Begins...

"Clemmie" as we have nicknamed the 'burb, goes in for paint/body just after the New Year. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it.

Just had all the gaskets, window seals, bumpers, and emblems show up tonight from Brother's. Almost $2k there alone.

We are bringing it back to the original green color from Earl Scheib white. I'm not sure the color code on it but it's pretty rad. Also looking to get the glove box cover painted with a pin-up girl and the name 'Clementine' underneath...searching for a good artist. Anyone know of someone in Northern California?

I wanted to do a new wiring harness/electrical system first, but the window seals all leak like crazy and on a rust-free rig I figured it's better to get it sealed up and keep it that way. Plus it runs and drives just fine, so why not look good in the process?

I'll be sure to get the pics up as soon as she's back from paint!
