Question Twin Gas Tanks .....Not

When I bought this 74 truck I thought it had two gas tanks because it had two fillers. Wrong. The only gas tank is on the drivers side and the passenger side has a filler that is not attached to a tank, no tank there.

My 76 which I'm selling or scrapping has one tanks on the passenger side which is standard right?

Note filler on the drivers side which is attached to a tank.
